We are looking for one or two capable people to join the fantastic team at the Hanmer Springs Health Centre.  There is potential to combine these positions which are available for immediate start.

Administrator (Part-time, 16 hours per week)

This is a key role supporting the efficient running of the practice involving a range of administration functions including debtor and creditor management, accounting, payroll as well as providing some IT support to the clinical team.  You will also support the Reception team. You will be accurate and able to work independently.  Experience in office administration roles would be an advantage.  There may be some flexibility in how the hours are worked.

Medical Receptionist (Part-time, 1-2 days per week plus additional hours from time to time)

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors you will be calm and friendly.  You will also be well organised, systematic and able to work under pressure ensuring an effective link with the clinical team.  Experience in reception and/or administration roles would be an advantage although there will be plenty of training for the right person.
